Triple C Meats produces Certified Akaushi Beef that is noticeably tender and has intense marbling resulting in a distinct, buttery flavor. Akaushi are one of the few breeds that naturally deposit fat intramuscularly. The distribution of marbling in Akaushi beef-which is the fat throught the meat-improves tenderness and flavor intensity.
