Triple C Meats produces Certified Akaushi Beef that is noticeably tender and has intense marbling resulting in a distinct, buttery flavor. Akaushi are one of the few breeds that naturally deposit immense marbling. The distribution of marbling in Akaushi beef throughout the meat-improves tenderness and flavor intensity.
Our animals are humanely raised and matured naturally on pastures without implants of steroids and other synthetic hormones commonly used to promote rapid growth.
